1 Remote Hypnosis session

This deep dive hypnosis session is a guided inner journey designed to help you access the subconscious mind and identify the root blocks behind recurring patterns, emotional pain, limiting beliefs, or energetic stagnation. We begin with a conversation to clarify your intention and what you want to understand or shift. From there, you’ll be gently guided into a relaxed hypnotic state where we can explore the deeper layers of your experience and bring awareness to what may be ready for healing and release. The session will be recorded and sent to you after.
2 Remote Reiki sessions
(90 minutes each)

These two remote Reiki sessions are designed to help clear energetic congestion, soothe the nervous system, and restore flow in the biofield. Each session supports deep relaxation and allows Reiki energy to work through areas that may still be holding stress, emotional residue, or blocked energy after the hypnosis session. The work is gentle, restorative, and tailored to your needs on the day of the session.
You’ll need a quiet space, headphones, a stable internet connection, comfortable clothing, water, openness, and time afterward for integration.
