3 Phase Breakthrough Package

This is a 3 phase journey designed to help you move through blocks at both the energetic and subconscious levels. We begin with Prepare, a Reiki based clearing phase that helps settle the nervous system and create space for healing. Next comes Reveal, a hypnosis deep dive to uncover the root cause of the pattern and receive insight from the subconscious or Inner Self. We close with Integrate, which includes another hypnosis session to explore guidance from the Inner Self on how to move forward, followed by a Reiki session to help anchor that wisdom, support embodiment, and bring the healing into daily life. We will work through all phases within 90 days.

Prepare
Two remote Reiki sessions over the first two weeks to help clear energetic congestion, soothe the nervous system, and restore flow in the biofield. Each session supports deep relaxation and allows Reiki energy to work through areas that may be holding stress, emotional residue, or blocked energy.
The work is gentle, restorative, and tailored to your needs on the day of the session.
Reveal

This deep dive hypnosis session is a guided inner journey designed to help you access the subconscious mind and identify the root blocks behind recurring patterns, emotional pain, limiting beliefs, or energetic stagnation. We begin with a conversation to clarify your intention and what you want to understand or shift. From there, you’ll be gently guided into a relaxed hypnotic state where we can explore the deeper layers of your experience and bring awareness to what may be ready for healing and release. The session will be recorded and sent to you after.

Integrate includes a remote hypnosis session focused on receiving guidance from your inner self about how to move forward, followed by a remote Reiki session to help anchor that wisdom and support embodiment. Both sessions are offered remotely, allowing you to rest, receive, and integrate the work gently over time.
You’ll need a quiet space, headphones, a stable internet connection, comfortable clothing, water, openness, and time afterward for integration.
